Frederica trained in Swedish massage in 1988 and Aromatherapy in 1990. She has completed many courses and workshops in advanced massage techniques and worked at the clinic of Neal’s Yard Remedies in Richmond from 2001 until 2011.
Frederica continues to study many forms of natural medicine and has completed the NYR Natural Medicine course, Living Nutrition, herbalism and homeopathy. She also trained in Shamanic Healing for 5 years with Dr. Eve Dolphin.
Her latest pursuit is exploring more about the face and has trained in gua sha and facial reflexology. Frederica applies these disciplines to her facials where she sees fit for each client and tailors the treatment to their specific needs.
In 2017, Frederica completed the 200 hours teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for the Yoga Alliance Professional Qualification led by Jamie Blowers. Then in 2019, she went on to achieve the 30 hour Yin Yoga Training with Gemma Williams. Most recently Frederica has completed a 32 hours, restorative, yoga teacher training with Anne Ashbey; as well as meditation and mindfulness with Cyndi Lee.
